At Organic Crave, your satisfaction and food safety are our top priorities. We aim to be
fair, transparent, and hygienic in all returns and refunds.


1. General Policy

  • Returns are not accepted once a product is delivered, opened, or used.

  • Refunds or replacements apply only in the cases listed below.


2. Eligible Cases

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product damaged in transit

  • Product expired on delivery

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Package severely damaged or leaked

⚠ All claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


3. Rice Cakes – Shipping & Breakage

  • Rice cakes are fragile; minor breakage (1–2 cakes per pack) is normal and safe

  • to eat.

Refunds/replacements apply only if:

  • Significant portion crushed

  • Package severely damaged

  • Incorrect product delivered


4. How to File a Complaint

Contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos of product & packaging

  • Brief description of the issue

5. Refunds

  • Processed within 7–10 working days

  • Issued via original payment method (online) or bank transfer (COD)

  • Shipping charges non-refundable unless error is ours


6. Replacements

  • Free replacements for eligible orders

  • Subject to stock availability


7. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened/used products

  • Damage due to improper storage/handling

  • Minor cosmetic issues

  • Sale/clearance items (unless damaged/incorrect)

  • Custom/special orders


8. Order Cancellations

  • Can cancel within 12 hours of placing order

  • Cannot cancel once processed/shipped


9. Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject requests that don’t meet policy

  • Ask for additional info before approving claims
